i am going to build or buy a upper for a class 3 lower thinking 14in or under barrel but i cant make up my mind on brand or barrel size need help

If you are going to go SBR I would get a 12.5. I wish I could get one in AL.

12.5" is a great length for SBR.

If the state gov pulls their heads out of their asses we will be able too very very soon! According to the NRA we have a bill that is just COASTING through the state congress and will repeal the ban on SBRs!!!!
