I used a Spike's on my 10.5" 5.56 SBR, and I'm using another one for my 5" 9mm SBR.  I had no problems with either one, and the fit and finish are second to none.  The one in your link should be G2G.  The Multi Cal markings mean nothing, there are numerous other receivers marked the same way.

As long as it is within specs, a lower is basically a lower. Doesn't really matter whats on the side of it.

Tactical Machining.... excellent upper to lower fit, no big cartoonish rollmark, nice dark finish, and great customer service. If you go with them you may want to hurry because they are about to have a price increase. They are at $100 now and the lowers come with a free "teardrop" trigger guard. I don't have one of their trigger guards yet, but they look nice, have the proper "swing down" detent, and drop lower than the Magpuls.

Mega, has the gator grip, use the extra $50 towards your stock kit, or add it to your trigger budget. but i'd would definitely put the extra money somewhere where it's worth it.
