[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help: Suggestions for upper build

I'm looking to put together an upper for precision range shooting. The VLTOR VIS3 (rifle length) is at the top of my list. Pricey.
The next is using the VLTOR MUR receiver with the SWS rail. This is a cheaper alternative,
How much of a trade off in terms of platform rigidity would the MUR+SWS choice be, all other components being the same ?
