I could get the back one in tight, the front one would only go in 3/4 of the way, the barrel holes were not cut correctly, what I did was shave off some of the  pin to fit flush, I hammered the pins in so they are supper tight.

will this be a problem, also what about full auto fire?

I would have asked this prior to trimming the pins...but thats just me.

If I recall, the pins should all be the same....its the holes that can be off.  I'd order up a new set of pins and give that a shot.

That's what i said, the holes are off on the Barrel. I had this problem with 3 FSB's, This is the only way I could get them in.

FSB's are generally not interchangeable. If you threw out the original that came with the barrel, you are in for a treat.
