It would be helpful to see samples of DIY M4 ramps, in either this o another thread.  I understand they are not that hard to add to the upper receiver, but photos and an explanation of technique would be helpful.  File v. Dremel?

From that picture, it looks like the barrel extension does not have M4 feed ramps and the receiver does.  Bad juju.

I wasn't comfortable shooting those uppers. Not just because of the feed ramps, but because I was wondering what else they half-assed.

There were 2 uppers that were "repaired" that way. They originally shipped with rifle extensions, M4 uppers.

Well i can careless..So far every report on people using them have had ZERO issues. problem is the amount of internet commandos I seem to see on this site. Act like they are going to war in their living room and need some kind of weapon that will fight off tons of enemies. For the amount of shooting I do..maybe 100rds a year anything works for me. I dont make up stupid things like Zombies are coming. I am in military or LE service and dont pretend I need a weapon that will fill those needs. I am sure there are ALOT of people that act like they need those demands filled and are just another plinker
