If I have a pre ban lower for my ar15 can I put anything on it and be legal in NY?

For example can I have a flash sup, m4 stock etc...

Yes, you're good to go. A preban lower is a ticket to any evil features you want in new york, regardless of how it was configured previously.

Correct. You can put on any evil features you want. You still need to use pre ban magazines though
