How the quality of the DelTon upper and lower receivers, and how the fit between them?

This strikes me, nobody own a DelTon upper/lower?

I own a complete rifle from them.  Fit and finish is great.  No problems with function so far.

Nice and snug on mine upper and lower. I built my wifes AR pistol with them. The price is certainly right.

A fair amount of parts on mine came from there. No complaints.

Anyone has some close-up PICs? I can't seem to find any around, and their web site shows them pretty small in resolution ...

I have an A3 upper from them that's been on 3 different rifles with 3 different barrels and several optic mounts that all fit (must be mil-spec rail, right?). It's still good to go.

Honestly for the budget minded... a Delton kit w/ a BCM BCG  Cannot      be beat... Their equipment is gtg

I have a DTI complete middy on a stag lower.

Sight in day.

10 shot group.

100% reliable using Brown Bear steel cased ammo.

Of course, there will be people who will tell you DTI sucks because it's not Colt.

ETA: UPS truck came in with some items.

well in those pics, it sure looks like a keyhole upper.  if thats the case, then that is definitely GTG.

as for the rest of the gun, sure seems like there are no beefs.

My 2 AR's are both built on DTI lowers. One has a Bushmaster upper and the other a RRA 9mm upper. I have had no issues with either. I find the fit and finish to be great. I would recommend to anyone

I have a Del-Ton upper; it has the keyhole.  2008 vintage.  Seems to run just fine for me.

I bought a del-ton built rifle and it was flawless.  I sold the upper and bought a BCM upper because I wanted to try a middy but I still have the del-ton lower.  No issues at all.

They're nice and reliable once you put a LMT or BCM BCG.

Just don't expect the rifle to hold up if you run it hard

Can you back this up?

What is it about their BCG that isn't any good?

I've run the piss out of mine and it did great!

My first day out with this rifle sighting it in with the new Match BUIS I bought.  Don't have pics of my 100 yard targets, but they look really nice too.  I should have gone one more click right with the sight.  All this was on Wolf ammo.

What is the significance of the keyhole?

So the fit between upper and lower is snug, isn't it?
Because, despite what Colt fans say about it being a tool and such, I can say I really love sloppy fit firearms...
