I on my first build and need some info. CMMG FULL AUTO AR15 M16 BOLT CARRIER GROUP is it legal and is it better than a regular bolt that comes in the weapon?

Legal yes.
Better? sorta not really as long as it works its GTG. Some will say the extra mass is good, my .02$ is you will never be able to tell the differance if I swap out a auto vs simi. That said if I have an option and both are the same make and in stock I go with Auto just to kep the rifle as close to orginal as posible. |

It is legal and does nothing noticeable as far as performance is concerned. But if you want your AR to be more like the ones our troops use, then get the auto carrier. |
