I have two CR6724 lowers (not for sale).  If it comes with the NP3 hammer, trigger and commercial sized pins-awesome.  The later ones by Colt Defense has a standard push style take-down pin up front.  The earlier version (Colt's Mfg.) has a .250 milspec hole, but uses a Colt specific two screw design. ADCO or SAW can remedy that for around $50, if applicable to your lower.

Neither of mine has the retarded sear block pinned into the lower (and the chingadera sticking up), so F/A bolt carriers are good to go.    A real 6724 lower will also have "CAR-3" under the horsey logo.

Yes it is worth it.  Particularly in California where we have to deal with the whole "Off List Lower" phenomenon.  Maybe it's the same in NY too.

I'd only pass if it was a real early one with the craptastic sear block and retaining pin drilled through the right side.

The lower has push pins and looks like stainless hammer and trigger, could be np -3 ,lower has CAR below logo but I think it says CAR H BAR.I have a Colt 6530 upper that needs a new home so this should fit the bill.

Sounds right.  The pins, hammer and trigger are coated in a teflon, nickel suspension, unless you have aftermarket stainless KNS style pins.  You're right it should also say HBAR or HBAR elite.  I'll check when I get home.
