[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best buffer for multiple uppers

I am starting my first stripped lower build and I am wondering which buffer would be the best for using with multiple uppers/calibers. I recently purchased a .204 upper and am planning on running a .223 and possibly a 6.8 upper. Would an H buffer be reliable for all of these or should I stick with the standard carbine weight?

I am running H in most all of my lowers and haven't had a single issue. Someone smarter will be along to give a more educated response.
