Started with a Rock River Varmint A4 with a 20" Bull Barrel, added a Mag-pul PRS stock and topped it off with a Konus M30 4.5-16 X 44 Tactical Scope and Burris Tactical Rings.  Going to the range tomorrow to work up my first loads.    Loading Hornady 55 gr V-Max, Sierra 69 gr. HPBT Match.  Once fired brass from Scharch Mfg, CCI primers, Varget and H335 powders.  Should be able to find a couple of good loads.   By the way the Konus scope really is nice for the money.   Very nice glass.

Nice to see another long barrel. What is the twist rate. My Armalite SPR w/ Leopold 4-16x40 and Larue mount likes the 69gr BTHP from Black Hills and the 55gr Hornady TAP. When i do my part they keep it at 1 to 1-1/2 " Have not had a chance to try reloading. I also have a Larue 13.2 quad rail coming and am debating the new Wilson Combate single stage drop in trigger. Let me know how the range results turn out. Im real excited about the trigger as when I purchased the gun they told me it would do 1-1/2 to 2" at best. Also let me know what you think of the PRS stock as I have been debating it.

posted a link to a picture,  haven't fiqured out how embed pictures yet.  My Rock River has a two stage match trigger, Love the trigger.  The PRS stock is the only way to go on set-up like this.  Balances the gun out very nice.  Twist rate is 1:8

Nice looking gun...my first bulid i built the stripped RRA lower and bought the RRA complete upper from PK Firearms..the Predator Pursuit.Leupold VXII 6-18x40.
My 2 stage trigger has only 2nd stage as does my Tactical Entry and others have problems with the trigger....yours works on both stages?
I am in the process of working up some reloads and seems mine loves the Hornady 68gr BTHP with Varget and TAC.

My SPR is 1-9 and it loves anything 69gr. Shoots the 55's very well also. Thanks for the PRS info as balance was what I wondered about. Dont want it ass heavy. I have been thinking about a Dillion press as well will have to see. What range distances are you shooting? My max to the back of the property is 577 yards but I practice at 200 regularly.
