I have a Larue Stealth Mk12-ish SPR clone.  Based on all the info I got here, it seems the consensus is to do a 50/200 yd zero.  So that's where its set right now.  But I've been working with some ballistic programs and plan on just dialing in clicks to get the crosshairs on target.  So if I'm using the target turrets for different ranges, is there any reason not to go with a standard 100 yd zero?

I understand the idea of the 50/200 yd zero for fighting ARs with iron sights or red-dots, but is there any utility for an SPR to do the same if you are going to be moving the turrets?

I have mine sighted in at 100 yds.

I am considering changing it to 1.5" high at 100 yds, that way it'll only be 1" low at 200 yds. So no adjustments for shooting within 200 yds. Even within 300, it should still shouldn't be a problem to hit COM.

I have always liked a 200 yard zero.
