In my opinion I would say Colt, BCM, LMT (some argue against the new MIM though), Noveske (basically a CMT up to Johns standards), and the new Daniel Defense ones.

I like my JP BCG and KAC BCG pretty damn well. They are not available in many places, however i would take them over most discussed here.
