I got a CMMG complete upper from AIM quite a while ago... Upon closer inspection several months later, I noticed the charging handle was blemished.

Not a huge issue... But not what I expect.

So, I left CMMG a message in their industry section and quickly received a reply. They got my address, and emailed me a label to send back the defective part.

Today, after I shipped the part Thursday or Friday, I received the replacement. It is excellent. I'd say it is the nicest charging handle I have. It beats Colt, older CMMGs, and RRA in general appearance.

The service was fast and effective. I'm happy.

That is good to hear. I own a CMMG M4LE and had a couple of questions when I bought it. I also recieved great service via email and over the phone.

+1. I ordered some LPKs direct from CMMG and found a couple were missing trigger springs. A quick email and they got back to me right away; extra springs were mailed and arrived within about 3 days. Good experience here.
