Would some one please explain the post/pre ban issues as related to flash hiders/compensators?  I ordered a barrel without the threads but I would still like to install a Compensator or Flash Hider( dont really understand the difference).  Ii would be nice to prevent mud, dirt, etc from entering the barrel.  Also, will installing a hider or compensator have any effect upon how the barrels' crown is installed?

That wasnt the Question!  Furthermore you have info that I simply wanted an answer to. If you dont want to help, then I dont need your criticisms.  I can get all the criticism I need at home!
