Anybody know anything about these BCG's and the claims on lubricity?  Sounds interesting.....

No way I'd ever trust anything running lubeless in my AR - there's no way that thing will run with no lube, I don't care what they say - especially if you're running an SBR or SBR + Suppressed.

It's expensive and gimmicky if you ask me. Get a standard, good quality BCG, and just keep it lightly lubed.

Or, get a Young National Match BCG for less money if you want the bling factor and a little more slickness to the metal. I have a Young and I love it, but it definitely requires lube.

Just my .02.

Agree with previous poster.  This subject has already been discussed...

Surface sliding friction is only one part of what a fluid lubricant does in a firearm operating mechanism.  No surface coating can perform the remaining functions.  It's expensive bling.

Its Nickel Boron, Its a very hard and slick finish but I would not run it completely dry.

I was just at the range today with mine.  I ran 350rds through it with no lube and fired every shot with no problems.  Thats not saying much since some have run a phosphate bcg with no lube for about that many rds before.  It wiped clean making cleaning a breeze.  I also took out my young n/m m16 bcg and this i did lube up well and had no issues with that either.  I ran about 250rds through the national match.  The fail zero had less to clean.

I didn't think that lubing a BCG was such a chore that we were in need of a "lubeless" one
