Does Colt A2 upper have other marking than 'C M'?

C AF, C Keyhole, C Keyhole w/ 3 dot inside on mine; I've read some old receiver were marked C H.

It depends on which forge they had the forgings made at. To my knowledge, Colt has their forgings done specifically for them, so their uppers should all have the "C". The "M" is for Martin-Marietta, AF is for Alcoa Forge, H is for Harvey Aluminum, K for Kaiser Aluminum...
