Thinking of a long building a long range .556 build. If money were no object how would you do it?
Upper? Lower? Trigger Assembly? Stock? Barrel? Trigger Grip? Optic? Optic Mount? Furniture? I have only gotten this far. Thinking of a Colt upper and lower. Magpul PRS-AR15 stock. Troy MRF-RX 13.8 Battle Rail. Adams Arms Piston. So what do you think?

Piston guns are regarded as being less accurate than their DI counter-parts. The AR is not designed to work with a piston. The piston guns out today are basically piggy back systems that work off-line of the rifle.
I would probably just get a LaRue 18 or 20" Stealth upper, lower of your choice, Gisselle trigger, stock of your choice, LaRue optic mount, and Leupold or better glass. Use match ammo, and you should be good out a long ways....

i'm sorta in the same boat,
