Last summer I purchased a new Noveske N4 Light Lo-Pro rifle (thank God before the rush). It has been the finest AR-15 type platform I have ever owned. I have noticed a minor issue develope, with the bolt not always making it all the way back to lock open after the last round.

I called Noveske and talked to Joel. I am an LEO, and after explaining to him my concern over down time he assured them he would get it taken care of A.S.A.P.

They e-mailed me a UPS label within 30 minutes last Thursday. I had it off to them Friday morning. It got to them sometime today (Wednesday). To my utter joy I found I now have an e-mailed UPS tracking number where Joel got it back out the door at around 7:30 PM tonight, with it due back here in TWO days (Friday).

I have yet to find out what the remedy was, but am confident that with the above evidence of their commitment to customer service it will have been well taken care of.

Got it back today, Friday, one week after sending it in. Joel replaced the GAS KEY (properly staked of course) and BOLT CATCH. Have yet to range check it but I am sure it is GTG.

This just adds more validity to the old adage "You get what you pay for".

NOVESKE ROCKS!!!

Thanx much Joel,

Great service. Better have a range check on the weapon before entering duty use. Dont want to end up in a Oakland type firefight and have it not work.

Why does everyone feel they need to stroke Noveske custormer service.  Just curious.

I own a Larue build, Colt  and even an Oly and never feel the need to do this.  None of them fail.

Agreed...what reputable company wouldn't stand behind their product 100%...let alone firearms.

Look I am not going to get in a pissing contest here.  Being a military member I just find this stuff silly, I see M16 beat up like no one else.  Its like people have to defend their high priced rifle.

Did they ever get back to you as to what could have caused this?

How many rounds have you put through your upper?

Just curious.

Could be your gas rings, or carbon/crud build up in your gas key... both of which are to be expected from long term use.  To correct this, you replace the gas rings, or clean the gas key with pipe cleaners are prescribed in military manuals.
