Im about to buy a kit to put my stock on my M4 Carbine and was wondering about all these buffers. There is H, H2 and H3. Which one do you guys recommend? I know Colt runs H buffers in theres but not familiar with the H2's or 3's.

The standard or H buffer would be fine. The others are more for the shorter barrel ARs (SBRs).

If it's .223 then an "H".heavier buffers sometimes needed with other calibers.
