I received an order from Bravo Company yesterday. Got a set of DD rails and a set of Troy DFI DI rails. Unfortunately the Troy set was missing 2 of the 4 screws that hold the two halves together. It installed just fine and the 2 screws are probably ok for now. I emailed Bravo Co about the missing screws. I got a reply back in less than 10 minutes. The reply was a CC of my email being forwarded to Troy Industries asking for replacement screws. This was later in the day. This am when I got up and checked my email I got a CC of the message sent to Bravo Co from Troy that the screws were shipped today to me. Whoo Hoo
I call that very good customer service. As busy as they must be trying to fill orders they jumped on this very quickly. |
