| I've got a Bushmaster V-Match 20" barrel. I want to put a flash suppressor on it. Can I leave the barrel on the rifle and thread it myself with a die? My little brother is a machinist so I could tear it down and have him do it for me. I was just wondering if there was a simpler way to do it. My other question is that its a post ban rifle. So is there anything I should do (pics, document, date) about threading the barrel now incase the ban is put back into effect? I want it to stay legal.... Or am I over thinking it, lol..... |

+3 on ADCO
I sent a post ban upper to them in October of 2004. It was perfect; very quick turnaround. I sent them another post ban upper last week, which they received on Friday of last week. I got the email this morning saying that UPS would be delivering it to my door TODAY! That's fuggin' fast! I'll let you know how it looks when I get home. |

Don't let just anybody do it. I got mine back from a so called machinest. He threaded it crocked. Pissed me OFF. And all he wants to do is make excuies. Still took me for $100.00. I don't now weather to make him buy me a new barrel or just get my money back. I now what I'd like to do. So, be careful who you send it to. Do your homework!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
