When else to use the bolt catch? I know to use it to chamber the first round of a fresh mag after replacing a spent mag, but when else?
I ask because when I bought my Colt SP1 I pulled back on the CH while there was either no mag or an empty mag inserted into the mag well. The BCG would lock to the rear and I recall having to activate the bolt catch to send the BCG forward. Now, it doesn't seem to do that anymore under the same config. |
