I am confused, since the ban is not in existance any longer, do I still need to be concerned over this?
I see uppers being advertised as pre-ban and post-ban. Thanks. |

Some states still have varying degrees of ban.     Before the panic purge of parts it was pretty hard to get post ban parts for use in states like NY, which is understandable as it must be a pretty small part of the market. |
