I am confused, since the ban is not in existance any longer, do I still need to be concerned over this?

I see uppers being advertised as pre-ban and post-ban.

Like NY









Before the panic purge of parts it was pretty hard to get post ban parts for use in states like NY, which is understandable as it must be a pretty small part of the market.
