Went to my local gun show in Jafrica this past weekend looking for small rifle primers . No re-loading components to be found . But what I did see was some of the craziest prices for G U N S that I've ever seen. Lol. Wow, my heart goes out to the guys that have to start buying now .

On a whole lot better note. I fired several projects today for the first time , all in The Generals honor I might add . That was a much better experience than the gun show.  Now for the best part . I picked up a pre-ban PWA rifle from a buddy for a song today . It's set up for service rifle with a Colt target barrel , complete with lug and threaded muzzle. There is an unusual ( to me) A2 FH on it that is built more like a comp as far as the exit dia. is concerned. It's not flared like the A2 FHs that I'm used to seeing , it's drilled through and flat on the end more like a comp would be. Anyone have a some info on that piece? I'm still tickled with this latest purchase , so I  thought I'd spread a good story instead of gloom and doom .

The muzzle device sounds like a Cav Comp.

Another plus is that you can sell that PWA lower to somebody in a ban state for bukku dollars. Then pick up an EA lower for 100 and rebuild your gun.

+1  I fail to see the honor in shafting someone who needs a preban.

Supply vs Demand, that is why the entire market is in a Mess, people speculating on what massive change the government is going to make.

Any wonder why Stock Market is going up and down like mad, similar scenarios in all sorts of other markets, yes problems created by politicians and others before the current ones have set the ground for this as well.  Sorry for the political hi-jack, there is just as much responsibility for both sides of the aisle and people in the business as well.  So lets NOT get into a blame game OR destroy the thread with my comment.

The problem is, it is realistic to expect there will be no such thing as post ban anymore, some of the suggested legislation is going to give fiat to the attorney general, the current one is a huge anti-second amendment advocate, to ban anything he wants with very broad guidelines.  Its very realistic to believe they will set up legislation that will prevent anything like a "black" rifle coming to market for eternity of the ban, which they also are suggesting it will be permanent with no sunset.

It's not shafting. It's the market price.
