Is RRA upper illegal in CA?
I have a RRA lower and there is a deal to get the RRA upper for a reasonable price.

Rifle with a barrel length of less than 16 inches. You can't have them in CA anyway.

oh ok i knew that, just didnt understand the abbreviation.
The one im trying to get is 16"
