(1) What do you guys think about the scopes with range finders and bullet drop calculations? i saw  one for sale by Bushnell: Bushnell Yardage Pro 4-12 x 42

(2) Does anyone know if they make a thumb screw such as on a carry handle for a Bushnell Holosight? I want to be able to remove it with out an allen wrench

(3) I bought a cheap light/laser that looks like a surfire just to use for now. Problem is it attaches to the weaver rail by pressing in on a spring loaded hex head screw (versus to buttons like the surefire) and on the other side is a very small screw head. This is a one piece unit. It is very loose and if you tight the allen head side it will tightend up on the rail but it will not be removable by hand and when you do tighten it, it closes the rail and the little screw head side sticks up about 1/ of an inch is this normal or am I suppose to leave the screw loose and allow the light to be loose on the rail? i hope I I didn't confuse you but its 2:30 am est

ibtl...this belongs in the opics forum

1: they work ok, IF you figure out how to use em correctly; that said, there is nothing magic about em...you still have to know how to figure the dope, range, etc and dial in

2: yes, they do; YHM also sells replacements

3:  i dont know anything about junk knockoffs...they tend to fall apart and i avoid em; FWIW: locktite your screws, hand tight all screws
