Im a little confused with options I have one a rifle kit.

options are

A1 upper with forward assist and brass deflector
A2 upper
flat top with t marks
flat top with m4 fees ramps

Im wanting the carry handle with the rear sight build in as one peice.  I thought that was a A2,  but then what is a A1?

What are t marks (just curious)  is that the weaver/pic rail?   Ive read on the m4 feed ramps so no question there.
If there is a link that explains this please direct and exuse me for the post if there is.

I'd get the flat top with the m4 feed ramps. You can always get a detachable A2 carry handle and just leave it on there. This way you have options WHEN you change your mind.

A1 only has the flip aperture for quick elevation adjustment and more primitive windage adjustment.  A2 has alot more windage and elevation adjustment.  A1 may be a little more monkey proof.  I like the A2 out of the fixed sights.  You can get a A3 FT and then add a rear site.

Quoted:
A1 upper with forward assist and brass deflector Biggest difference is the sights.
A2 upper What you are looking for
flat top with t marks T-marks are numbers in on the flat top uppers every other "slot" so that you can remount stuff in the same spot
flat top with m4 fees ramps Same as above but the M4 feed ramps help in feeding and need to match the barrel extension.

Only that is a hybrid A1 with the brass deflector.  The A1s Uncle Sam issued to me didn't have them.  The A1 always had forward assist.
