I see that American Spirit Arms makes one of these, does anybody else? I like the charge slide on the left side of the reciever. Seems like a pretty kool set up.

Addax Tactical makes a side charging handle version of their gas piston AR uppers.

Ameetec was making them. I think they're still advertised on their website. I considered getting one for awhile but they were a bit pricey...I think about $300 for the receiver and modified bolt carrier.

Don't these also smack you thumb pretty good if you use the blot release with the charge handle still back?
