I just got my first AR today in it is a HBar with the 20" HB, I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions as to the best way to make it more tacticle the thing is real heavy and long. I cant find any small barrels around it seems everybody is sold out. Any suggestions.

The Colt HBAR is not a "tactical" rifle, but it is a great precision rifle.  I suggest you get another upper or trade it for something else.
