Im a while off from getting my upper receiver but I am wondering if anyone has any experience with these rail covers http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/Magpul-XTM-Rail-Covers-Black-p/rail%20cover%20xtm%20black.htm I am thinking about using them rather then the standard covers when I get to my upper receiver.

I decided to go with these on my most recent build and I really like them.  They're not real grippy like some covers, but they do the job.  I wouldn't use them on a fatter rail like the YHM since they add a fair amount of width.

I picked some up at the last gun show to replace the rail ladders that came with my rail.

They are great. Grippy and ridiculously easy to put on compared to ladders or normal rail covers. They remind me of legos. Their small size also means you don't have to hassle with cutting ladders or panels down and then wondering what to do when you move stuff around.

I use the XTMs exlusively... although after several hundred rounds I sometimes notice the panels on the bottom rail slipping apart.  Not all the time... but it has happened enough for me to take notice.

Yes they will; I have the XTM's on a DD Omega, a Troy MRF-DI and an old Knights RIS and they fit well on all 3.  They are awesome if not a bit tight to snap on in some instances, but that just means (to me) that they won't fall off easily.

Personally I like the Magpul XTs and the Tango Downs if you can affor them...but the XTMs do look really cool
