So DD won the contract for RIS II. What about BIS II? If it hasn't been decided, what are the competing products?
Last time I checked, it was between what looked like the ARMS #40L and some KAC sight. Has this changed?

None of the submitted BIS 2's where found advantagous over what was their baseline, our (KAC) folding rear sights. They are continuing to buy the baseline when they want a folder, and LMT's standing rear on their Mk18's.
