Does anyone here have a Tactical latch installed on their AR? Can you post Pictures... I am considering buying one for my AR.
Im trying to come up with a list of things i want for my AR that will spice it up a little.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

Have to keep my purchases under $200

Get the PRI military latch.  perfect size vs not catching on anything.  They new ones are one piece and dont have the bar welded as in this pic... mine is the older welded version.

The wrong design can be a PITA. They work well on scoped rifles such as a varmint..

PRI makes the best latch IMO.

Ive got a badger on one of my rifles, it does make it alot easier to pull back with my left hand, but it does sometimes get in the way...

+1

I have PRI Gas Buster's on all my rifles. While a little bit pricey, worth every penny.

The Badger Gen II is a major improvement, IMO.

My rifle is currently scoped... so it would definatly help me out in that way...I either need to get a latch or i need to raise my scope up or possibly both.

I really like the badger latches.  Seems that they are not very popular anymore on here but I still like mine.

I have a couple of scoped ARs.  A Badger on one and a M&A Extended on the other.  Both work well.  MHO, YMMV, etc.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

I really like them on my rifles. Never had any problems with them, other than sometimes getting caught on my OTV/IBA and pulling the bolt back a little and popping the ejection port cover open, but I never ejected a round or anything in 7 months with it on my M4.  We used the Badger Tac Latch on the rifles issued to us before we deployed, but I use the "Ameetec Tactical Master Charging Handle Latch", link.  It doesn't do anything the badger doesn't, but I like the way it looks like an cheese grater.

I might have to get a badger for my Beowulf, since it looks quite a bit lighter.  The Ameetec has some weight to it, so when I fire it, it sometimes unlocks and kisses my nose, and I don't shoot "nose to charging handle", so it does move a little ways back. This is on a big bore ar though, and I haven't had any issues whatsoever on my 556 ars at all with thousands of rounds through them
