I bought a complete lower and when it arrived it appears different than other DPMS lowers that I have seen. It does not have the Panther head rollmark, and the safe/fire stops are at different spots, not side by side? Is this an old lower that the was sitting around awhile? I emailed DPMS about 3wks ago and have not heard back yet. Thanks, JT

I think my friend has one.  DPMS was made in a different part of MN awhile ago not too sure where.

I know nothing about AR's since all I have is a stripped DPMS lower and waiting for my kit to come in to complete it.  But, that looks to be an older lower since it says DPMS Becker, MN. The DPMS lower I have says DPMS St. Cloud, MN.  I live in Mn and I think DPMS started out in Becker and is now in St. Cloud.

It is a older mid 1990's cast DPMS lower. Originally built of EA tooling sold off to DPMS. Later cast receivers went to a horizontal selector stops of both sides.
