I"m looking for a good muzzle brake for an AR. I like substance over style. I'm looking for one to reduce recoil and muzzle rise. Any suggestions?

Jerry Miculek from Brownells...they are hard to beat. I have a 22 conversion and it has more recoil than the 223 when using this brake.

Go to triangleshootingsports.com and buy a Benny Hill Rolling Thunder. Best brake made. Not beautiful, but works amazingly well!
