Who's lower half and who's upper half should I get?
Under 1k for both, NOT a half year back-ordered, flat-top. Shorter is better (I found a Stag arms w/ 16" barrel @ 32" OAL w/ attached muzzle break or whatever it's called.)

Check out Gunbroker.com and gunsamerica.com. They have a lot of hard to find stuff sometimes.
