I have an opportunity to buy new AR rifle for what appears to be a decent price.  I only want the complete lower from it.

What could I reasonably expect to get from this upper, complete?  If you wouldn't mind breaking each major component down as well regarding value, I'd appreciate that too (or at least just the complete upper minus the OKO sight):

It a Bushmaster upper with fixed FSB, flat-top, tactical charging handle,  11.5 barrel (1x9 twist) with silver soldered   5.5"  flash suppressor (has tons of holes in it), M4 handguards, DPMS removable rear sight, CavArms OKO target sight.  Everything is brand new, never fired.

OKO = $80
BUIS = $40
Upper = $400

Ouch, didn't realize the OKO took such a plunge in value.  Didn't these go for around $200 new?

Just my opinion on things based on what I've seen used ones sell for.

And thank you for that

I think I'll stay away from this deal for now - all I really wanted was a lower to buy face-to-face, not a whole rifle.  I really don't relish the thought of having to sell off a sort of oddball upper that most people wouldn't want - I mean, why an 11.5" upper with a 5.5" flash suppressor?

I really don't get it either, but the good thing about this forum is someone is probably looking for one right now.

I wouldn't be surprised if you could get a couple of hundred dollars more than what you paid if you sold it at a gun show.
