Just got my hands on a stripped RRA lower...have LMT 14.5 upper on order.....I really like the VLTOR stock, but from what I understand its milspec, and the RRA buffer extension is commercial spec.....I think that means that the VLTOR won't work with the RRA lower. Am I wrong?

If I am correct, any recommendations on a stock?

Also, any recs on where to find a LPK?

You just need the mil spec buffer tube. The lower is irrelevant as both tubes are the same size where they screw into the receiver.

I have 2 Vltor stocks, one is on an LMT, the other on a Bushmaster. I used the buffer tubes that Vltor makes.
