Negative...
The WHITE one on the front of the magwell. Its like an Eagle in a square or something. They are only found on Armalite complete rifles, not parts guns.

They are found on current Armalites, but most of the military M16s in the 60s through the 80s had them on the right side of the magwell (this was a larger stamp) or the on the front of the magwell in the case of the smaller stamp.
