Once the battle sight zero has been performed (at 25 meters with the rear sight set on the "z" mark 2 clicks above the 6/3 mark), and the rear sight is clicked back down to the 6/3 mark, then I understand that the weapon is set for a 300 meter range.  How high or low should the POI then be for distances less then 300 meters?  Also, what is the purpose of the click in between the 6/3 and the "z" if any?

They're  half MOA clicks, which are more precise than one MOA clicks.

So at 50 meters you're about 1.5" high and at 100 meters you're about 4" high?

Good info, thanks.

One final question:  At my range there are designated berms one at 25 YARDS, 50 yards, and 100 yards.  Therefore, I am unable to sight-in at 25 METERS.  What adjustments do i need to consider if performing the 25 meter zero at 25 yards (22.8 meters)?

Do you have any other charts like this for different rear elevation knob settings?
