I have a stag model 2 and am trying to install a rifle length yhm rail. I can't get the pins out of the fsb. Are they just in there super tight or am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else had this problem? It appears that the pins are in backwards, like to remove you would drive from right to left. I read somewhere that they could be that way.

If the pins are tapered, one side should be smaller than the other, drive them from the small side.  Try using a nail set with a dimpled end rather than a roll pin punch.  You can expect it to take a significant amount of force to get the pins out, most companies use a hydraulic press to put them in.  Use a good size hammer, and give it a good whack!  Some folks have had to use small sledge hammers.  You may also try putting some Kroil or WD40 on the pins and letting it set overnight.

You can go to the Larue tactical web site they have a video from Shooting USA on how to install a hand guard rail and it will explain on how to take out the FSB.
