ok well i have a bushmaster 16' and want a standard length upper with a scope. wanted a RRA becaause of their accuracy guarentee but is there any cheaper upper that will perform as good as theirs?i love the accuracy of my bushmaster!

who makes those handguards and where can i get them?

The handguards are larue.  For a 20 inch upper, check out sabre defense and cmmg.  If I was looking for a standard 20 inch, I would look at those two.

ETA: for stainless barrels like in the pic, check out white oak arm., noveske or larue
