Local gun shop has a used Colt w/ a match barrel, match trigger, red dot sight –– front gas block/sight looks post-ban. They're asking somewhere between 1300 and 1400 for the gun. Wondering if it's something I'll kick myself for not picking up.

sounds overpriced, and used means difficult to tell what is original.

Unless they are very hard to find in your area, I'd pass unless I was able to determine it is all original. But that's just me.

Unless you are in a ban state, absolutely not worth it.

Not so fast guys. This could be a good deal.

First, what red dot sight is it? Next, they're "asking" in the 1300 range. Don't walk away just yet. Maybe you can get it for a little over a g note. That'd be a steal for a colt with a decent scope. Hell - tell him to keep the sight and make him an offer. But first, find out the details of the gun. Is it a complete Colt?
