Finally got my first AR..........
Armalite M15A4.........
can anyone tell me the do's and don'ts to make it easy on me....
bought it to allow my son to begin shooting centerfile; also for hogs on the family place.

lube it
shoot it
repeat
break in consist of shooting 200 rds of good ammo, clean, lube and let 'er rip.

Great rifle, and welcome to the BRD club
Check the maintenance forum, just clean it and lube it, get some good ammo and go
Only thing to avoid is to shooting low power, cheap ammo for the first 100-200 rounds.
