I am looking at trading for a LMT 2000(?) IIRC. I am not able to find any info on it and am wondering if I have the model wrong. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Nothing on LMT's site that I can find about a LMT2000.

LMT Lowers are called LMT Defender 2000.

Thats it. Thanks. Looking at one with a SF M900, Magpul stock and MIAD grip with a new ACOG TA 31F. Unfired. Reasonable value? It is the latest Magpul stock, not sure of the model. Sorry, but not that up on ARs. It also has the Enhanced LMT bolt/carrier.

I have 2 rifles built on Defender Lowers.  One full LMT.  They are the only lower I'll buy.

Depending on the condition, the base rifle is worth about $1000 roughly. All the other stuff may get replaced anyway.
Its hard to find a better rack grade gun than an LMT. I own two.

I have a question, where can I get a complete LMT Lower without the fancy stock and hogue grip?  Just standard grip and 6 pos?

PK Firearms should have them. Several other site sponsors also.

Alright, I got the deal done. Completely loaded LMT. Will see if they are better than the Bushy M4 I had last. LOL.

You'll probably feel the difference the moment you pick it up.

I hope so. It is a new Defender 2000 upper/lower. Acog TA31F, UBR stock, MIAD grip, SF M900A, with p-mags in a Storm case with some other gear. Pretty well decked out, probably more than I need, but that is better than the other way around. Should have it next week and will post pics and RR shortly thereafter.

You must have had a pretty good coupon for all that.....

Did some trading for a Sig SSG 3000. Got all of the above in a Storm case with 4 P mags and 4 other mags and a pair of like new Leica 8x42's. We will see.

will try to get some pictures there this week. I am considering painting it first. How well does the ACOG hold Duracoat, if it will at all? Thinking of doing the whole rig.

Went and shot it yesterday. Only about 60 rounds, zeroing the ACOG. Zero failures, but accuracy was not what I hoped. Resting the front on the bench I could not get close to 1MOA. I attribute this to my lack of ability to shoot well without a good rest and not being used to the ACOG. I am selling the ACOG and will get a MKIV MR/T in a QD Larue (or similar) mount. Will take off the scope and just use the irons when not at the range. The wife does not like the ACOG and I want her to shoot it well, so I am going this route.
