i've got two ar's and live in ny have a cmmg middy 14.5 with ace entry stock and cmmg/noveske n4 basic with sully stock. i just ordered a noveske n4 light with surefire brake and will put a sully stock on it but considering changing to recce light but with what fixed stock? . can i see your ny and other ban state set ups?

My setups during the "Dark Decade", you can see as my carbine evolved:

I started with a Bushmaster lower with an A1 stock, and a Bushmaster C7 upper with the 14.5" M4 barrel with AK muzzle brake, then I started mucking with it:

I always thought AK brakes looks nice on ARs.

From the People's Republic of Massachusetts. My off-the-rack Ban-State-Ready S&W M&P 15FT. Pinned stock, no flash supressor and supplied with a 10-round magazine (not shown). Out-of-staters will ask "I didn't think you could own an AR in Massachusetts". Our reputation precedes us.

Are the MagPul UBR's GTG for Ban States? Kinda fuzy on whether they're considered collapsing or adjustable.

I just thank God I bought 3 pre-bans back in 92,93 because the 4th I bought last year cost me an arm and a leg...but at least we can stii buy detachable mag rifles pre or post ban..California is way worse than here.

The UBR is one of Magpul's carbine style stock and is definitely not ok in a ban state. If you meant the PRS, which is the adjustable rifle stock, then the general consensus is that it's legal to use
