What is the part that your carry handle is fixed to called? Im looking to replace it since I dont want a fixed one.

Are you talking about the Upper Receiver?

It sounds like you have an A1 or A2 and you want a flat top.

I think so. Its the part my carrying handle is fixed too. I want to try to find a flat one like you said. I have a Olympics Arms 16'' A2
