I'm looking at a barrel that is suppose to be Bushmaster and the only markings are
B MP 5.56 NATO 1/9 is this a Bushy Barrel

yes it is.

B = Bushmaster
MP = Magnetic Particle Inspection
5.56 NATO = NATO chamber that can handle both .223 and 5.56 ammo
1/9 = barrel twist ratio
