Would the KAC Rings pictured on the rifle below, be tall enough for my 56MM Objective rifle scope?  Or would I need another riser or something?

thanks

I'm guessing it's a bit low for a 56mm objective.

I think U will make it. That is a 40 in the pic and a shitload of space left.

Ya.  I may go with a riser, because I don't even want the scope to be close to the top of the rail at all, I want atleast a little bit of clearance

It will work, but just hardly. We had to cut the scope covers to fit them, there wasnt enough room between the scope and the rail

why so big on the objective anyway?

That's an insanely hot rifle... nice!

Would the falcon style rails that include the indents there work right away?

Not sure what this has to do with the original question.

But thanks for the input on the rings.  Looks like I will need a riser as well to clear the covers

Asking why you are going so big on the objective relates specifically to what you just said. You are going to sacrifice propper positioning of the optic simply to have the larger objective? By using a riser you will raise the occular lense higher than it should be. This will sacrifice cosistent cheek weld and propper head placement. If there was something to be gained from this, I could understand. But what does having such a large objective give you?

Just get an optic with a 50mm objective lens. you will lose next to nothing and gain the ability to mount the optic in the position it was meant to be.

Those factors have been accounted for.  Again, just wanting advice on risers/rings.

Thanks though

If thats the case, then yes, you will need your scope in the mount on top of another mount, on top of the reciever. You might try LaRue's 1.93 SPR mount. It sits higher than the KAC mount. At least then you wont be stacking mounts on top of mounts on top of receivers. Might be a better option.

I'll look into that product right now. Thanks again

Man, I was almost over having to have a KAC single piece mount. Well after the new stock arrives next week I guess I'll have to order up a mount to match. Off go the Mk4 rings, come on single piece mount .

Most are 1.4 center line or lower. Keeping in mind some are AL. and others steel. 1.4 usually will work and not limit your MOA down at close range but will be close. wilson 1.65, model 1 sales,1.75, JP enterprises 1.5.*
