[ARCHIVED THREAD] - model 1 trigger pin

I got my model 1 kit in today and first thing I did was try to assemble the trigger guard. When tapping in the pin I noticed it was way harder than I thought but I kept hammerin away at it becase I thought it was supposed to fit snug.About half way into tapping the pin I realized that it was not moving and was now stuck due to the non-spec oversized pin.Any suggestions for what I should do know??thanks

Put a pin/punch/wiener in the other side, line it up and knock it out.

I was going to suggest a bigger hammer but using the punch is better idea.
